Allen Bingenheimer (Pappy)

I have been eating cookies since day one.  When I was little and short, my mom gave me the bottom drawer to store my cookies.  In 1976 Brenda and I got married and she would make me cookies, mostly around Christmas.  They were soft and not over-baked, just the way I like them.  Now with all the different kinds we have, it is hard to pick a favorite.  My favorite cookie used to be the peanut butter chip, but now it is the banana & white chip.  I really enjoy watching people take the first bite of their cookie, and hearing how good they are.  In March of 2024, Dhylan filled out the application for a kitchen inspection.  It passed with flying colors, so on April 1st our family started.  This would help support Dhylan's motocross riding.
